You can take Nsaids (ibuprofen, naproxen). They are processed in the kidney so they should be fine. You should get your doctor to give you a list of medications that is safe to take OTC.

I don't have hepatitis C, but I have another type of chronic hepatitis. I was told I can take tylenol occasionally, but I shouldn't take it very often. The other drugs like ibuprofen, and naproxen are also hard on the liver so whatever you decide on, make sure to not take too much or take it too often. You should ask your Dr. and see what he/she says.

well commonly nothing with tylonol in it as tylonol will hurt your liver more your pharmasist as well as you specialty doctor are the only ones to tell you what to take
