at least once a month, there is a white spot comes up in my mouth, sometimes on the tongue, sometimes on the wall of the mouth, sometimes on the throat . It really hurts when I eat or drink hot or spicy stuff. It comes and goes after a week and then a few weeks later it comes back on another place in my mouth (I brush my teeth twice daily with an electric brush and also gargle twice daily before brush with Listering or Scope). I know this is very popular among Asians like me and I was told because my internal body has extra heat (explain the Chinese way) that it has to come out somewhere to release the compressed enery(???) . I don't know if this is true but it is very anoying (hurt when eating).I went to my family doctor and he said I just garle with Scope (I do everyday) and take some ...pain killer like Mortrin or Tylenol. I want a real cure and not a temporary relief. Please help...I am still in pain

hei, one of the main reasons for that is that u may be suffering from constipation, eat a lot of fibre in ur diet(beans etc) and also drink a lot of water and buttermilk. Eat citrus fruits.

Sounds like you have a Canker sore, I get them a lot and as a matter a fact have one now on the right side of my upper jaw. I know what you mean it is a roundish white sore that is very painful. Doctors do not know the cause exactly you may try changing toothpastes to a sensitive mouth paste and.

brush and gargle your mouth before you go to bed, that will reduce the bacteria growning in your mouth. Also Canker sore suffers are more apt to get oral sex infections while they have an open sore in the mouth so be safe. I get them about once a month, if you get them a lot you should see a different doctor or dentist for treatment.

The best thing you can do, is go see a Doctor. Don't just try shelf medicines without consult your physicians first.
