Painful lymph nodes after Eczema and Jock Itch?

Question

First I got jock itch then eczema on my groin area. Got treated by a derma. Then after few days I feel my lymph nodes are tingling with mild pain but its uncomfortable. I think I detected a small swollen lymph node on my left armpit. The back of my ear has mild pain too on the lymph nodes area but not swollen. I dont have fever or any weight loss. Appetite is ok. No cough/diarrhea.

It sounds as though something is impairing your immune system. Go see a doctor and find out what's going on. Make sure they look for the cause and not just treat the individual symptoms.
